Emotional healing is an essential part of our spiritual expansion. When we do so we start to understand that we can trust in Life and ourselves, and feel that we have the opportunity to experience Love and support in all areas of our life.
For a healing to happen we need to have a wound, and let’s understand that everybody has wounds, they are Universal. They come as a result of our negative perceptions and experiences to situations and people, including ourselves. I will talk more about the sacredness of wounds in another article, but for now I want you to know that the wounds are a gatekeeper to transformation.
For this transformation to happen there are four inevitable things you need to embrace to start your healing journey:
- Firstly, awareness. It’s about waking up to the presence within ourselves—the thoughts, feelings, and actions that shape our reality. It’s a journey of self-discovery, where we acknowledge our strengths, weaknesses, and vulnerabilities with compassion and objectivity.
- Next comes acceptance. To truly heal, we must shower ourselves with unconditional love, allowing ourselves to simply be, without judgment. It’s a profound act of self-love, viewing ourselves from the lens of the observer, embracing our essence with open arms.
- Then you need to take responsibility of your life by getting a hold on appropriate actions on your own behalf. This responsibility refers more to an outer process, that comes as a result of the inner aspects you went through initially. You take actions to take you further in your healing process. The great challenge for us is to be aware as spiritual beings and to fully embrace the human experience.
- Lastly, you need to understand that you have a choice: The spiritual journey is something that we have to live but because you have free will, you have a choice. In the transformation process you choose to be with yourself, as we accept ourselves, as we take responsibility, as we do that, we get more in alignment because we have more conscious awareness and we act with coherence.
“Reclaim your power, heal yourself, love yourself, know yourself…these phrases are becoming more and more common, why? Because they are the pathways to our own freedom and happiness.”

As you reflect on these four stages, consider:
Where do you find yourself in your healing journey?
What whispers does your soul offer, guiding you toward your next steps?
If you knew unwavering support surrounded you, what would you dare to do?
What sacred calling tugs at your heart, urging you to step into your highest potential?
Remember you’re MAGIC Cosmic Soul!
