Something that I personally have come to understand, and honestly have found prove with Astrology, is that we’re always supported and encouraged by the Universe to grow in Conciousness, and those loving energies are always available to us to access. The beginning of 2022 is very interesting and I wanted to share with you 5 things I’ve noticed happening in the Cosmos, that support our spiritually and personal development:
- The Sun is in the zodiac sign of Capricorn, offering a great time to focus on creating structure and long-term goals, inspiring us to be more responsible and serious about our life, thinking about the “right way of doing things”. We can concentrate in our ambitions, working harder and patiently to achieve our objectives, as long as we consider the goal worthy of attention. Great for planning, working on our career, social status and security.
- The first New Moon of 2022 in Capricorn. It invites you to be practical and create a plan for this year. Don’t be afraid and don’t limit yourself!! Dream high! Because this moon will help you transform the dreams that have been unreachable to you, making things possible and real! Connect to your soul desires, go after your sacred plan… but remember to create it following your heart. Ask yourself:
What are my soul-intentions for the next 6 months to a year?
How am I going to get there?
3. The Lovers as the Tarot card of the year sets the theme of 2022, bringing awareness to the duality of Light and Shadow and Divine Masculine and Feminine and the importance of creating deep and honest connections to others and more specially with ourselves. 4. Sun in Capricorn square Uranus in Taurus. This aspect is very interesting and can be very empowering, depending on how you work with it. If you have built your life on a firm foundation with a healthy balance between responsibility and the need for freedom and change you won’t feel any tension at all or very little. However, if you have allowed your life to become stuck in rigid routines and habits and you resist changes, this period can be very upsetting. Nevertheless, any area of your life that has become stuck in a rut is open to challenge and you will find it best to face this period by changing old patterns and embrace new and exciting plans.
5. Venus in Capricorn is still retrograde. It started on dec 19th and will end on the 29th. The planet of love, relationships, joy and our possessions, is inviting us to go within and evaluate our relationships. To look deeper into our values and what we desire to experience, with the purpose of creating long-lasting, serious and committed relationships. We may also re-evaluate how much joy we are experiencing in our day-to day: are we taking the time to do the things we love? Are we using our money wisely? Are we enjoying life and treating ourselves lovingly?
6. Venus Starpoint in Capricorn, on Jan 8th. This is the first of 2022. A Venus star point is an astrological event that occurs when the Sun and Venus (the ruler of Taurus and Libra) align in the sky in the same sign and degree. The Sun then is maximizing Venus power by giving it more vitality and life force into a planet that embraces beauty, love, harmony, art, relationships and money at some degree.
The Venus star point happens every 10 to 12 months in a different sign, and creates a different journey every time depending on the sing that is happening. This time it’s in Capricorn, therefore we’re looking into a Venus bathed in seriousness: taking your time to form relationships, taking things slowly because your interest right now is to create enduring and solid connections. Because Venus relates also to money and possesions and it’s at the same degree with the Sun, you can take this time to set heart-felt intentions to manifest. Maybe do a ritual to connect to what you want to manifest in your life.
So, the beginning of the year is inviting us to create, envision and plan our life sourcing from the heart, to walk our soul’s path and be honest about who can walk that path with us.
