As 2022 was coming to an end, I did a small reflection on the universal intention last year carried: the importance of evaluating our relationships. How was I relating to others? was there balance in giving and receiving? how was I relating to myself?. Relationships is one of the most important themes for us to master as a soul, because it is through relationships that we learn a lot about ourselves, by understanding who we are and who we are not.
The importance of having harmony and balance in the way we carry ourselves with others, was pointed out by “The Lovers”, the Tarot card for 2022. This gave us a lot of opportunities to look into the integration of the divine masculine energy (active, proactive, strong, confident, passionate, courageous) and divine feminine (compassionate, intuitive, wise, healing, connected to nature, empathetic), both in balance, supported by God/The Universe.
Before we start analyzing certain facts about the energies of 2023, I’d like you to take the time to check-in with your Soul and honour the things that have ended, or that you need to bring to completion in order to stay in alignment with your essence.

Now, let’s look into 2023
The calculation of this year’s numbers gives us 2 pieces of information: the numerology meaning and the Tarot Card of the year. We’ll talk about that first and then we’ll discuss the most important astrology transits happening this year. Knowing all this gives us an advantage of awareness and understanding of the general energies, vibration and theme of the following 12 months, information you can use to your advantage as personal guidance and to work in these powers instead of against them.

- Tarot card of 2023: The Chariot. It focuses around the duality of a choice. Facing the existential choice between two paths: on one side taking the choice of transcendence, or not; going for a moral and ethical choice… or not; taking a risk… or not. Also reflects on the polarity of Light and Shadow. The Chariot is about your will power, the fact that you are the one responsible of making CHOICES. Another theme of The Chariot, is overcoming the obstacles that one may face. The card implies a movement into the “right” direction for an individual and a lot of self-assertion. So with The Chariot, there’s an action taken in full power of body, mind, intuition and knowledge. One moves towards a goal because one is seeking something, on a quest!
- Number 7 meaning: it speaks to an awakening to your Higher Self. In the book The Universe has a number, the author says thatThe number 7 is a beautiful energy that adopts the posture of awakening to a higher aspect of yourself. The number itself is an abundant number and has a lot of purpose for those who are educating themselves in the matters of spiritual awakening and soul alignment.
In Astrology, there are very important transits happening in 2023:
- Jupiter in Aries: brings a lot of energy for courageous expansion, to accept your own individuality and DARE to make the choice to walk your soul’s path, to exercise our will and have the capacity to START. Another awesome thing about this is that if you take that action, you will also have enough energy to sustain it and continue, even when facing obstacles. A note of caution here: We can be angry, impulsive, frustrated and quick to anger, so important to have that self-awareness to notice when we need to take a breath.
- Jupiter in Taurus: gives us the capacity of building and manifesting our desires, of creating and enjoying with all of our senses, connecting with our body, our physicality, so it’s important to learn to listen to what our body is telling us. Also imperative to be present and walk with a slower pace when needed. Great time to safe money and change your relationship or perceptions around abundance and prosperity. Be careful with over-spending.
- Saturn in Pisces: First, let’s keep in mind that in 2022, Neptune is still in Pisces and Jupiter was in Pisces, which generated a lot of soul connection, interest in spiritual development, intuition, and listening to our dreams and aspirations. With Saturn in Pisces, all of that will take a concrete shape, because only having a dream, doesn’t generate change. We’ll be asked to lower all that spirituality, all that connection and translate it into the third dimension, into the physical, to actually create magic, in the real life.
- The change of the Moon Nodes: North to Aries and South to Libra: in the month of July they change signs. With the North Node in Aries invites us to know who we are, to take risks, be independent and not allowing others to stop us. To be proactive and entrepreneurial. The South Node in Libra invites us to let go of the need to live in function of others, to trust your gut and your individuality without limits. Also letting go of the need of holding of the need of harmony even at your own sacrifice, release fear of doing something wrong.
- Pluto in Aquarius: just for three months and then goes back to Capricorn, but it gives a little taste of the importance of finding our own power, of going profoundly into the depths of our shadows, embracing them. By doing this, you’ll be able to discover your inner treasures and see the diamond that you are.
Do you see what I see?! 2023 is a year to make choices courageously, to create the life we desire and generate new resources! The cosmic energies will support us in this transformation. No more excuses. Stop waiting for the perfect moment, beacuse you’ll be waiting for ever. If you’d been procrastinating doing what you’ve always wanted because there’s always something or someone else that comes first, you need to stop. Nothing will change unless you take that step forward.
