Beyond mere conviction, it speaks to the steadfastness of desire, action, and purpose. Picture a life with well-ordered priorities and the utilization of talent to overcome difficulties. This card calls us to seek answers from within, generating our own reality and liberating ourselves from worries. It encourages us to allow the spirit to take the reins, resolving challenges with moral and ethical strength rather than relying on brute force.

There are certain things that this card suggests to alchemize: one thing is impulsiveness. Here, the strength of mind and spirit intertwines through a profound knowledge of the higher. It’s an acknowledgment that true strength lies not just in physical prowess but in the alignment with a higher understanding, transcending the more animalistic, egocentric, fierce, and proud aspects. The other aspect is taming our shadow side. The imagery of the lion represents the instinct, passion, and the more animalistic facets of our nature. Yet, it’s also the inner animal we must confront and tame.
